Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is down 3 cents, November soybeans are down 12 cents and July KC wheat is down 16 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Tuesday, U.S. stock futures are starting a little higher with the House expected to vote Wednesday on a compromise to raise the debt ceiling, negotiated by President Joe Biden and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. It is not clear yet how House members will respond. Crude oil and copper are trading lower with ongoing concerns about a slowing of China's economy. USDA's weekly report of export inspections is set for 10 a.m., followed by USDA's Crop Progress report at 3 p.m. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Friday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 328.69 at 33,093.34 and the S&P 500 Index up 54.17 at 4,205.45. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.81%. Early Tuesday, June Dow Jones futures are up 84 points. European markets are mixed with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading down 0.27%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 0.38% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.14%. Asian markets are slightly higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 0.30% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.09%.
