DTN Closing Grain Comments 10/26 13:43 Corn Ends Higher as Wheat Pulls Back December corn closed up 5 1/2 cents at $5.43 1/2, continuing to find support in the latter stages of harvest. December Chicago wheat led wheat contracts lower on the day, ending down 7 1/4 cents and ignoring concerns about wet conditions in the eastern Midwest. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: December corn closed up 5 1/2 cents and March corn was up 5 1/2 cents. November soybeans closed up 3/4 cents and March soybeans were up 1/2 cents. December KC wheat closed down 1/2 cents, December Chicago wheat was down 7 1/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat was down 5 1/2 cents. The December U.S. Dollar Index is trading up 0.10 at 93.91. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 67.36 points at 35,808.51. December gold is down $12.80 at $1,794.0, December silver is down $0.45 at $24.14 and December copper is down $0.0365. December crude oil is up $0.95 at $84.71, December heating oil is up $0.0109, December RBOB gasoline is up $0.0039 and December natural gas is down $0.066.
