DTN Closing Grain Comments 04/29 13:54 Spring Wheat Pushes Higher While Soybean Demand Eases July Minneapolis wheat closed up 12 1/2 cents with ongoing support from dry weather concerns while July contracts of soybeans and soybean oil corrected lower. May corn was up 15 3/4 cents, supported by persistent commercial demand. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: July corn closed up 4 1/4 cents and December corn was down 1/4 cent. July soybeans closed down 11 1/2 cents and November soybeans were down 9 1/4 cents. July KC wheat closed down 2 cents, July Chicago wheat was up 6 1/4 cents and July Minneapolis wheat was up 12 1/2 cents. The June U.S. Dollar Index is trading up 0.09 at 90.69. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 171.54 points at 33,991.92. June gold is down $4.90 at $1,769.0, July silver is down $0.03 at $26.06 and July copper is down $0.0075. June crude oil is up $1.04 at $64.90, June heating oil is up $0.0214, June RBOB gasoline is up $0.0285 and June natural gas is down $0.063.
