Exporter bid structures show white wheat posting a modest carry, with dark northern spring mostly flat and hard red winter bids at a premium for spot deliveries. Premiums on west coast club wheat remain firm on tightened supplies. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed a big improvement in the pace of U.S. wheat loadings last week, coming in nearly double the prior week at 19.4 mb. Year-to-date loadings now stand 23% ahead of a year ago at 421 mb. Top shipper was soft white wheat with 6.3 mb followed by hard red winter with 5.8 mb and hard red spring at 4.8 mb. Bolstering white wheat loadings off the west coast were China and the Philippines taking 2.4 mb each, along with 2.1 mb for Indonesia and 1.8 mb for Yemen. -Norm Ruhoff Contributing Analyst Copyright 2019 DTN/Telvent.
