Hard red winter also saw basis on 11.5% protein up a nickel this past week while spring wheat basis was unchanged. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed another solid week for U.S. wheat loadings, coming in at 22.4 mb to put year-to-date shipments at 95 mb and 48% ahead of a year ago. Hard red winter was top shipper with 9 mb, followed by hard red spring with 6.3 mb and soft white wheat at 4.1 mb. Top destinations off the west coast included the Philippines with 6 mb and Japan at 2.1 mb. Crop Progress..Pacific Northwest winter wheat conditions held mostly steady week-to-week, with the three-state index holding at 102% of the twenty-year average. Idaho was the notable change, dropping 9% to 61% good to excellent.
