DTN Closing Grain Comments 05/14 13:53 Powerful Rally From Monday's Lows in Grain and Soy Markets Following Monday's new lows in corn, wheat and soybeans, all three markets surged higher on Tuesday, led by soybeans and corn, which gapped higher in both old and new crop. While the failure to reach a U.S.-China trade accord, and Friday's bearish USDA report sent prices reeling on Friday and Monday, the slower-than-expected planting pace on corn and soybeans forced funds to cover shorts, and end users to buy also as weather premium is being added back to the markets.

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
