DTN Closing Grain Comments 02/28 13:42 Winter Wheat Surges Higher On Dry Weather May contracts of Chicago and K.C. wheat were up 18 cents and 17 1/2 cents, respectively, as commercial buying added to the bullishness of ongoing drought concerns in the western U.S. Plains. May corn and May soybeans posted modest gains on the day, while spot soybean meal ended the month of February with its highest price in over a year and a half.
