DTN Closing Grain Comments 09/17 13:46 Federal Reserve Roulette Markets in general; grains, financials, energies, metals, etc., sat quietly waiting for the clock to strike 1 p.m. CDT and the Fed's announcement on interest rate. Would it be an empty chamber (unchanged) or loaded (increase)? Markets flew into action when the hammer fell and did nothing more than click.
