Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry.
We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Agent Competency Testing

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their home or office. Tests that are currently available for online testing are shown below.

To complete a test, click the link below.  All agent testing will be completed within Crop University.   You will need to contact your Regional Office representative to establish a USER ID and password for logon purposes.     You must have a unique email address to use the eLearning features and take the available tests located in Crop University.
