| Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry. To locate a training course in your area: 2008 Spring MPCI Agent Training Calendar 2008 AGR Lite Training Calendar Agent Competency Testing Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their home or office. Tests that are currently available for online testing are shown below. To complete a test, click the link of the test you need to take. Your logon ID is your last name, and your password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Please read all of the instructions before you begin taking your test. After completing a test, print or capture a screen image of the final page that shows your test results. Fax or email the results page to your Regional Office for completion verification.
